Randal Grichuk

Scouting summary
Age 34 veteran entering declining phase with realistic remaining career window of 1-to-2 seasons in professional capacity. Projects as specialized platoon option at corner outfield positions or designated hitter roles for organizations seeking veteran depth. 2025 performance decline including reduced production against left-handed pitchers suggests primary platoon advantage may be eroding. Most likely scenario involves securing one-year contract in $2-to-4 million range with limited market competition. Unlikely to achieve meaningful production increases relative to age trajectory and declining athletic profile. Possible non-roster invite scenarios if major league market lacks sufficient interest in platoon role. No realistic path to meaningful offensive or defensive value increase at this career stage.
