Hunter Barco
Pitching scouting report · 80Grade
Scouting summary
Mid-rotation starting pitcher with relief fallback potential. Current prospect ranking reflects upside tempered by durability concerns and proven inconsistencies at higher levels. With continued good health and command refinement, could develop into solid rotation contributor. Deceptive delivery and plus slider provide foundation for success. Immediate outlook dependent on demonstrating he can handle full professional workload and string together consistent performances across extended stretches. May serve organizational role as left-handed depth option before moving into rotation competition in 2026 or beyond.
