Zach Franklin
Pitching scouting report · 80Grade
Scouting summary
Back-end relief pitcher with realistic major league bullpen potential in seventh-eighth inning role if fastball-driven profile translates to highest competition level. Fastball elite quality and command execution suggest viable professional contribution. However, as relief-only prospect with single carrying tool, ceiling limited to functional bullpen arm rather than premium closer or high-leverage opportunity. Success depends on fastball maintenance, command consistency across significantly increased innings, and deceptive characteristics proving effective against major league hitter approach and discipline.
