Dylan Dreiling
Hitting scouting report · 80Grade
Scouting summary
Dreiling has a realistic path to a major-league corner-outfield role because the contact foundation, strike-zone awareness, and developing power can play together in a lineup. His 2026 breakout materially improves the outlook, but the prior season exposed the risk that upper-level pitchers can disrupt his timing and limit impact when they get him chasing or working away from his preferred contact points. The likely ceiling is a solid everyday left fielder if the improved swing decisions and power output persist; the floor is a left-handed fourth outfielder or up-and-down bat if the hit tool settles below average. His route to Texas depends on proving the 2026 season is a sustainable adjustment rather than a single-level spike.
