Demetrio Crisantes

Scouting summary
Crisantes projects as an offense-oriented second baseman whose carrying skill is the ability to make consistent, hard contact. The bat is advanced enough to give him a chance to reach the majors, but his below-average arm and merely adequate defensive range place pressure on the offensive performance and reduce margin for error. The most realistic ceiling is a second-division regular at second base, with utility or up-down outcomes more likely if the walk rate, power, or durability does not hold against upper-level pitching. Continued health, improved consistency in defensive execution, and proof that the 2026 contact quality survives Triple-A competition are the clearest paths to a roster role.
