Ethan Frey
Hitting scouting report · 80Grade
Scouting summary
Profile suggests potential as corner outfielder or versatile designated hitter with above-average power and solid contact skills. Surprising athleticism and speed for physical frame provide offensive versatility and multi-positional flexibility. Success projection hinges on shoulder health recovery, continued defensive development, and ability to maintain contact rates as professional pitching improves incrementally. Conservative outlook suggests potential for 15-20 home run output in major leagues with room for 20-25 homers if power development continues and arm recovery permits expanded defensive responsibilities.
