Aidan Major
Pitching scouting report · 80Grade
Scouting summary
Aidan Major projects as a middle-relief pitcher with potential for low-leverage appearances. His quick arm and repeatable mechanics provide a foundation for professional success, but below-average command creates a substantial ceiling for starter development. If command improves meaningfully in the minor league system, he could potentially remain in a rotation; however, his current profile and injury history suggest reliever role is more likely outcome. His compact frame and limited extension may benefit him in bullpen role where shorter stints reduce workload concerns.
