Kiefer Lord
Pitching scouting report · 80Grade
Scouting summary
Projects as back-end rotation starter or high-leverage reliever depending on secondary pitch and changeup development. If command improves and secondary offerings become functional, could move quickly through minors given premium fastball and athleticism. More likely near-term role as multi-inning reliever in bullpen where plus fastball profiles effectively. Rule 5 eligibility after 2026 season creates organizational pressure to accelerate development or protect on 40-man roster.
