Yerlin Confidan
Hitting scouting report · 80Grade
Scouting summary
Confidan has the ingredients to become a playable left-field bat if the strength gains and pitch selection continue to advance, but the floor remains dependent on better contact consistency. The arm and power give him a chance to fit a corner-outfield job, yet the strikeout load and only modest overall offensive line keep him in bench range for now. The most likely path is a role player who runs into enough damage to punish mistakes and handle left field, with a narrower everyday outcome if the hit tool and discipline take a meaningful step forward. Because he is still learning to convert raw ingredients into steady game production, the projection remains cautious.
