Winston Santos
Pitching scouting report · 80Grade
Scouting summary
He has a real chance to remain a starter because of the changeup, the athletic delivery, and enough fastball quality to work in the zone. The safer expectation is still a back-end starter or swingman profile rather than a high-end rotation piece. If the command regresses further or the back limits innings, the bullpen outcome becomes more likely.
