Miguel Bleis
Hitting scouting report · 80Grade
Scouting summary
Bleis projects as an athletic corner outfielder with a realistic outcome in the up-and-down or Quad-A range, but with some chance to grow into a bench outfielder if the hit tool stabilizes. His carrying traits are the combination of speed, athleticism, and playable power, yet the swing-and-miss and approach concerns currently cap his ceiling below everyday status. Continued physical maturation and incremental improvements in swing direction and strike-zone judgment could push him toward a low-end regular or strong fourth outfielder, though that path requires multiple developmental wins. Given his age relative to level and prior injuries, a conservative projection that emphasizes role flexibility and occasional impact rather than sustained production is most appropriate.
