Keiner Delgado

Scouting summary
Delgado projects as a backup utility infielder capable of providing multi-position organizational flexibility and speed-based baserunning value within a second-division or bench role. His speed tool provides meaningful organizational asset for pinch-running applications and stolen base production, while defensive versatility enables flexible deployment across middle infield positions. However, elevated strikeout rates, persistent contact struggles, and absence of carrying tool limit ceiling toward everyday production tier. Most realistic path involves utility-bench configuration where speed and defense offset offensive limitations. Potential conversion to left-handed-only approach represents primary developmental variable that could materially impact professional trajectory.
