Nelson Rada
Hitting scouting report · 80Grade
Scouting summary
Rada looks like a potential everyday center fielder whose value will come from a high-contact, high-obp game, plus speed, and dependable defense. The ceiling is limited by below-average power, but the floor is raised by his age-relative-to-level performance, athleticism, and the fact that he already shows a workable offensive identity. If the body adds a bit more strength and the quality of contact improves enough to reach modest gap power, he can settle into a top-of-the-order regular role. If the power remains light and the on-base rate slips against big league stuff, the profile still fits as a glove-and-speed regular or strong second-division starter.
