Jose Meneses

Scouting summary
Given the current information, he most realistically projects as an organizational left-handed reliever with some chance to reach upper minors if command and strength progress. The strong early 2026 stretch suggests he can miss bats and limit damage in short stints when his fastball and offspeed are synced, but the prior season’s wildness keeps the overall command grade below average. If he adds strength, holds his velocity and maintains the large velo gap while tightening location to both sides, he could approach a fringe MLB relief look. Without those gains, he is more likely to settle into a depth role with occasional flashes rather than sustained high-level impact.
