Hector Osorio
Hitting scouting report · 80Grade
Scouting summary
Given his age, athleticism, and emerging production in center field, he projects as a potential second-division regular or strong fourth outfielder if the bat settles around average. Path to an everyday job runs through maintaining on-base ability while adding just enough consistent game power to keep pitchers honest. If the hit tool stalls a tick below average or power does not fully manifest, he still has a viable role as a defense-first center fielder who can run and get on base in a part-time role. Ceiling is a well-rounded everyday center fielder with no true plus tool but few weaknesses; floor is organizational depth who tops out as an up-down reserve if the bat backs up against upper-level arms.
