Juan Tomas

Scouting summary
Tomas represents a high-ceiling, high-variance prospect with elite athleticism and speed paired against limited offensive production. His five-tool potential is genuine but remains highly speculative given his early developmental stage and current offensive struggles. Physical development over next two to three years will be critical determinant of ultimate outcome. Most realistic major league profile is an everyday or second-division shortstop with plus speed and adequate defensive tools, though significant risk exists that offensive tools fail to materialize as projected.
