Joskairo Ramirez
Hitting scouting report · 80Grade
Scouting summary
Ramirez’s path is built on contact quality, athleticism, and enough offensive feel to project beyond a pure speed-and-defense profile. The current production is encouraging for a 17-year-old in the DSL, and the public scouting picture supports a young center fielder with advanced hand-eye coordination and enough strength to eventually show gap power. The floor is still relatively low because he is early in his career and has not yet faced more advanced pitching, but the combination of left-handed contact skills and center-field athleticism gives him a chance to become a useful everyday regular if the hit tool keeps trending up. If the bat stalls against velocity or his reads in the field slow down, he could settle into a fourth-outfielder type.
