Wilton Guerrero Jr.
Hitting scouting report · 80Grade
Scouting summary
Guerrero has the ingredients of a speed-and-defense shortstop if the bat remains contact-friendly and the body adds usable strength. The early offensive line is encouraging, but it comes in a very small sample and should be treated as a positive first step rather than proof of an impact bat. His path to regular major league value depends on staying at shortstop long enough for the speed to matter and for the hit tool to reach average.
