Aiden Robbins
Hitting scouting report · 80Grade
Scouting summary
Robbins has the ingredients of a solid corner-outfield regular if the hit tool holds close to current expectations and the power plays in games the way it did in college. The path is straightforward: enough bat speed, enough strength, and enough athleticism to remain playable in left field, with the bat carrying most of the value. Because he is a third-round pick with a strong offensive track record, the floor is not trivial, but the swing length and contact quality against pro pitching will determine whether he settles as an everyday regular or more of a second-division regular. The ceiling is tied to above-average game power and a hit tool that stays usable against better stuff.
