Cam Kozeal
Hitting scouting report · 80Grade
Scouting summary
Camden Kozeal projects as a utility infielder or second-division starter at the major league level. His hit tool and baseball IQ represent the best of his skill set, allowing him to maintain an everyday role at second base where defensive limitations are minimized. The combination of below-average speed and arm strength effectively locks him into the keystone position. While power production may develop modestly with strength gains, the realistic ceiling appears to be an on-base-minded utility player who can post respectable offensive numbers but lacks the tools to be an impact everyday player. His makeup and competitive drive suggest he will maximize whatever ability his tools provide.
